Friday I drove up to Richmond to attend a crash corse of studio lighting, held by Will King. Man did I need to go over the basics again! It was a year before I got to hold a new camera and it has definitely been longer since I set up a speedlight.
(For those that don't know, all my old equipment was destroyed in a flood.)
At the end of the class, Will set up some lighting arrangements for us and brought in some awesome little models to help us out.

After class I was whisked away by Miss Ashley Vercoe to a game of Quarters with beer and pizza! Perfect ending!
