New cookbook find...

Meet Rene Redzepi of NOMA, recently voted the best restaurant in the world. He is famous with revamping the Nordic cuisine with cleaner flavors.
He has just released a new book NOMA: The Time and Place for Nordic Cuisine and it is amazing. Not only does it have amazing styling and photos from Denmark's very own Ditte Isager (another awesome find) but recipes, techniques, and stories from the restaurant.
This is a keeper!
